Pickling is an ancient process of preserving foods by immersing them in a salty or acidic liquid that germs can't grow in. Many different vegetables can be pickled, but today we're going to start with the classic common cucumber.

Cooking steps

Catch the Cucumber!

Move the mouse to catch the Cucumber. Don't catch the wrong things.

Add the Ingredients!

Drag the ingredients into the large bowl. Remember the order!

Pour the Vinegar!

Tilt the container to pour the Vinegar. Don't pour too fast or you'll spill!

Refrigerate the Pickles!

Fit the Pickles inside the fridge by rearranging items. The counter and shelf can hold food temporarily, but don't leave anything out! Some items can't hold others up.
