Fried rice is an important staple in Thai cuisine, and can be found in many variations. Today we shall be preparing it with shrimp.

Cooking steps

Add Rice!

  • Move the slider up to dispense rice.
  • Drag the rice container into the pot.
  • Match the indicator line on the pot.

Wash Rice!

Fill the rice pot with water, wash the rice, then rinse it.

Steam the Rice!

Adjust the heat to get the food temperature in the green zone. The food cooks fastest when the temperature is right in the middle of the green zone.

Crack an Egg!

Gently crack the egg on the side of the bowl, then quickly position the egg above the bowl. Don't crack too hard or you'll make a mess!

Peel the Shrimp!

Trace the lines to peel the Shrimp.

Dice the Green Onion!

Click the knife to dice up the Green Onion.

Add the Ingredients!

Click to add the ingredients into the blue bowl. Add the ingredients in the correct order by using the visual clues.

Fry the Rice!

Drag up on the pan handle to flip the Rice into the air. Watch for the shadow! Then grab the pan and catch the falling Rice.
